It's been awhile but I've finally listed some new items in THE SHOP! These pieces are not for the faint of heart. I have a few KOOS VAN DER AKKER skirt sets that are out of this world. Some of you might be wondering who the hell that is but I guarantee you are already familiar with his work. Check out the hints below.

Figure it out? If you ever watched The Cosby Show as a child you've seen the work of KOOS. He designed those oh so lovable sweaters. Read more about KOOS here. It's a little warm right now for sweaters but luckily the KOOS pieces are lightweight cotton skirt sets. Get yo funky on.

I sleep so much people think I'm ill. I will always sleep a lot. If I don't get at least 9hrs of sleep I may kill someone. I will work on keeping it under 12hrs.....

Orange is my absolute fave color.

I currently have a love / hate relationship with the tanning bed. It is badddddddd but I love being tan.

I think severe and high contrast looks are the way to go when you're young and can pull it off. I opt for a little more of a natural look now but I think the other is more interesting to look at.

Petite jewelry doesn't do it for me.....

Currently loving wild hair too.

The Horror Of It All

These past few days are not turning out so great. Remember my fab shoes from lulu's.......

 Turns out they were  a little big so they had to be returned, no biggie. Hmm...they don't have a size 8 anymore. Purchased from another online store... Sole' .........no biggie......hmmmm.....STORE IS A FAKE! So no shoes for me and now have to file a claim with credit card. Shoes are still sold out in my size everywhere..........

To ease my pain I purchased a lovely Prada antik bag, just got it in the mail a few days ago...........it's fake.

Remember my previous post about the amazing finds at Antique Alley?..... I found nada...........

If you haven't noticed yet this is a 'woe as me' moment. I know these are not important problems like hunger and war but damn! can a bitch catch a break?!

Antique Alley Texas

Soooo excited! If you're a Texan close to the DFW area you should be too! Tomorrow morning kicks off the biannual, 25 mile long yard sale know as Antique Alley. It is held every Spring and Fall and runs through Cleburne, Maypearl and Grandview,Texas. If you love antiques and vintage you will be amazed at the unique finds and rock bottom prices. The goodies range from African ivory chokers( found one last year for $5) to rusty tractor wheels. Hopefully I'll return tomorrow with some great deals but if you're in the area you should try for yourself. Check out the Antique Alley website here for more info.

That would be me.......I recently came down with a serious case of laziness and it's taken me longer to recover than usual.My doctor prescribed me some Spring shopping and now I feel right as rain. ;) I highly suggest it for everyone and to help you get some on the cheap, I'll be listing some items that start at .99 cents! Spring is my favorite time of year....I love how fresh and bright everything is. Although, technically; Spring in Texas lasts about 3 weeks and then skips straight to a blistering hot Summer which lasts till October. It will be almost 5 years now of dealing with this insane weather but anyways......All the bold colors for Spring prompted me to inject a little color into my life. Below are some of my latest purchases, I hope they push you to add some color to your world.

I found these split personality shoes over at Lulu's and HAD to have them! I showed them to my husband and  he agreed they were the most interesting shoes he'd ever seen.

I had been stalking these oversize Matthew Williamson aviators over at Need Supply Co. trying to justify the $280 price tag when to my surprise! they went on sale for an easier to swallow $140. At the moment I seem to be focusing on green for whatever reason and my next two goodies fit the bill perfectly!

This Bottega Veneta cosmetic bag is just what I had been looking for to help corral the junk in my purse.If anyone knows what collection this is from let me know as I would love to track down some other pieces.

Errr, um... I'm starting to understand why my husband is thinking twice about me having access to our bank account. ;) This is the other half of my green obsession, a vintage Chanel caviar wallet. It was in near mint condition when I bought it and it's hard to believe it's almost as old as I am! I guess that's enough of my indulgences for one night so till tomorrow.....nite nite
