You may have noticed I changed around a few things over the weekend. Since I can barely turn on a computer it's an accomplishment for me! I decided I needed a change and picked a photo a little closer to home. Two of the lovely ladies in the photo, 3nd and 2rd from left respectively are my great grandmother and her sister. I found it amongst some photos my grandmother had tucked away in her bureau. The back reads Summer of 1919 and makes me smile when I think about what that time would've been like. I managed to snag some other pictures and wanted to share a few with you. Does anyone else have any treasured old photos? Now is a great time to go hunting for some!

This above all is my most treasured. It is one of the only know photos of my great great great grandmother. I would like to get it restored and blown up really big for a wall in my living room.
My besties have come and gone; along with lots of laughs and more than a few tears on my part. But now it's time for me to get back to work! I have lots of goodies hanging in my closet just waiting for cooler weather. since that doesn't seem to be happening just yet, let bring out the jewels instead! Here's some of the items I'll be listing this week. I PROMISE! Chanel.Givenchy,YSL, Lagerfeld and others!
On the subject of jewelry.... Have any of you ever encountered an awesome pair of clip earrings only to find they were too loose!? Have no fear! I stumbled upon this video and truly find it to be a life saver. The fix is so simple I don't know how I didn't figure it out sooner.
Also wanted to say Happy Birthday to my mommy, she's 62 today. xoxox
Sooooooooooo excited! My two besties and their little girls are flying in tomorrow and I couldn't be more thrilled. It seems as if it's been a million years since I've seen them. One of of my girls will be moving with her hubby at the end of the year and then each of us will be in 3 different states again. Indiana, Washington and Texas. Sometimes you can't imagine where life will take you.............

I haven't listed any new items in awhile but I promise to have some FABULOUS items for fall. Until then I'll be listing some odds and ends and the remainder of my summer goods. Let's face it, if you live in Texas you're going to be wearing shorts till Halloween anyway!
